How does the 101 Year Warranty work?

As long as we can identify your order (through your purchase email or order number), and get a visual proof of how our product did not reach our life expectancy, we will send a replacement.

Do you do customizations?

Unfortunately, we are unable to customize orders at this time.

When will a product be back in stock?

On the product page you can subscribe to an exclusive notification of when the product is back in stock. If you are not subscribed to our marketing, it does not matter, this notifications work separately.

Do you ship outside the US?

Only to Canada and Mexico, but not all products are eligible to be shipped. Write to support if you would like to know about a specific product and share your full address to check eligibility.
