If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and process refunds. We also replace products through warranty claims. You do not have to pay anything for these claims, and issues are usually closed within 1 week, once you are happy.
Our process starts with you contacting customer support, you should include:

- A picture attachment, where we can see the product or packing issue clearly
